***28 Day Soul Coaching® Program - What is it?

This unique 28 Day Soul Coaching® Program is designed for anyone who

is wanting to better their lives and find true happiness within. It is a

spiritual process that takes you into your deepest self, removing debris,

clutter and other "noises" that prevent you from finding your inner

wisdom.

The aim of Soul Coaching® is to align your inner spiritual life with your

outer life. It helps you to clear away mental and emotional clutter so

you can hear the messages from within. It also helps you to discover your

purpose so you can create a life that supports that purpose. It's daily

lessons are fun, encouraging, and full of amazing tools that WILL help you

tap into the deepest part of yourself.

This program is divided into four one-week periods, and each week is

dedicated to one of the four elements: Air (Mental), Water (Emotional), Fire(Spirit), and Earth (Physical). Our lives are tied in a mysterious and

organic way... to the elements of nature. By clearing and activating the

elements within us, through daily exercises, we also clear blockages and

limiting beliefs from our lives. Then we can hear the secret messages

from the soul..that will transform and empower your life.

The Soul Loves the Truth!

Denise Linn shares that, " Once you commit to this program

are aligned with the forces of the universe, and remarkable

synchronistic events begin to propel you toward your destiny."           

This program was designed with three levels:

Level One: "Committed to Change" Doing the Level One exercises

usually takes 5 to 10 minutes a day.

Level Two: "Going for It" includes doing both Level One and Level

Two exercises and will usually take 10 to 30 minutes a day.

Level Three: "Playing Full Out" includes doing Level One and Level

Two and Level Three exercises, and takes as long as you need.

Ways to take the course:

One-on-one: You can work with me on your own. In addition to

guiding you through the 28 Day Program, I can take you on a meditative

Soul Journey and/or a Past Life Journey.

Groups: Guided by me, you can participate in a local group going through the 28 Day Program together. You will meet in five or six weekly sessions in person. The group will keep in touch through email or a closed FB group.

Online/Skype/Phone: Not everyone has time to attend the

program in person. Distance Soul Coaching® is perfect for these people.

With distance coaching, you have the advantage of going through the

life changes in the comfort of your home. This can be done one-on-one

or with a group.

***The Soul Journey:

One of the most powerful aspects of Soul Coaching® is the Soul Journey.

This type of guided meditation and relaxation allows you to sink deep

below the everyday life and into a realm of inner truth and knowing. You will be gently guided from a safe and nurtured space to meet your soul

messenger who will help you to uncover your truth and inner wisdom.

Your soul messenger with come in the form of a spirit guide, higher self,

spirit animal, an angel, a relative, the light, or a feeling. It is a beautiful

sacred journey. It can produce instant and profound results, easily, and

effortlessly without a lot of time.

***Past Life Journey:

Often we have blocks or patterns we can not move forward from. It can

impact our current relationships and our current belief system. Often

the belief of who we think we are can "limit" us in this life. By correcting

the mistakes of the past you can change the impact and dynamic of the

present. Past lives can also help you to recognize a quality, talent, or an ability that can be brought forward to enhance our present life.  

***Soul Clearing:
